David did a wonderful job helping us find the right second home for our family. He was very knowledgeable of all the local Truckee neighborhoods and was correct in pinpointing which neighborhood we would be most comfortable in. We found his honest assessment of homes, as they related to our unique search criteria, very helpful in narrowing down which homes to drive up and visit. When we showed interest in a property, David would head out and shoot a comprehensive video. During the negotiation process David was constantly in touch with us and the selling agent. He helped guide us through our options and secure a fair sale price. David and his team set up all inspections, met the inspectors and contractors when necessary and communicated with us throughout the process so we always knew what was going on. I write this sitting in a home our family is so comfortable in. I could give so many more examples of how David helped us realize this dream, of owning a home in Truckee, but the review is getting too long. I highly recommend working with David!
