The land under the hanger is leased from Plumas County- Dept of Facility Services and Buyer will need to obtain a new 5 yr lease. In addition, the county holds a right of first refusal on all hangers spaces to be sure they are notified of any pending sales. All existing Aircraft and Aircraft parts will be removed by the seller b/4 close of escrow.
